Die RS-8 E PLUS ist identisch mit der RS-8 PLUS, hat jedoch eine elektrische Beheizung statt des Gasbrenners. Die RS-8 E PLUS ist entwickelt worden um Zucker aufzuschmelzen und Center (z.B. Nüsse etc.) damit einzuhüllen. Es entstehen ähnliche Produkte wie "gebrannte Mandeln" mit der Wahlmöglichkeit einer glatten oder rauhen Oberfläche. Die RS-8 E PLUS ist lediglich für Zuckerauflösung ausgelegt, da eine Luftführung und ein Edelstahlkessel fehlt, wie sie für die Herstellung von Dragees aus Schokolade nötig wäre. Wenn beides hergestellt werden soll, empfiehlt sich unsere Kombination RCS-15 PLUS. Da die Temperatur der Zuckermasse sehr hoch ist, müssen die Nüsse etc. vorab nicht geröstet werden. The RS-8 E PLUS is designed solely for dissolving sugar, as it lacks the air duct and stainless steel boiler required for the production of chocolate dragées. If you wish to produce both, we recommend our RCS-15 PLUS combination. As the temperature of the sugar mass is very high, the nuts etc. do not need to be roasted beforehand.
