- Das Produkt wird in einem Trichter gelagert, der den vertikalen Becherförderer über einen Vibrationskanal beschickt.
- Der Förderer transportiert das Produkt und führt es in die Zerkleinerungsmaschine ein, wo es mit Hilfe von gezahnten Schneidwalzen zerkleinert wird.
- Das zerkleinerte Produkt wird von zwei Vibratoren gesiebt und nach Größe sortiert.
- Der RC500-Sichter ist speziell für das Schneiden und Zerkleinern von Kakaobohnen, Haselnüssen, Mandeln, Erdnüssen, Pistazien, Cashewnüssen und ähnlichen Produkten konzipiert.

- The product is stored in the hopper that feeds the vertical cups elevator through a vibrating channel.
- The elevator is responsible for transporting the product, then for inserting it inside the chopping machine where it is chopped by means of toothed cutting rollers.
- The chopped product is sieved by the two vibrators and divided according to size.
